The revitalisation of Hanover Square has transformed Mayfair's oldest public square. The green, tranquil haven is now fully pedestrianised to the west where it welcomes the new Bond Street Elizabeth line station.

Development at Hanover has also introduced Medici Courtyard, a new public space that connects Hanover Square and New Bond Street.

This rare story of transformation is the fruit of many partnerships including Westminster City Council, TfL, Crossrail and Publica, delivered over 14 years.

At the heart of the development, Medici Courtyard is a spectacular new 8,400 sq ft public space. Tucked away from the bustling locale, you'll find a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a destination restaurant The Maine and London coffee house WatchHouse.
